About Reviews

Dishes: Different team members taste the same dish in various locations. Each member rates the dish on flavour, portion size, presentation, and texture. We then average these scores to provide a reliable rating.

Restaurants: To maintain fairness, a team of at least three members visits a restaurant without prior notification. They pay their own bills and refrain from identifying themselves. Post-visit, each member rates the restaurant on ambience, cleanliness, food quality, and service. The average of these scores forms our internal review.

Internal reviews are clearly marked as "Our Reviews" on the website and app, ensuring you can distinguish them from user-generated feedback. We regularly update our internal reviews to reflect the latest experiences.

Submitting Reviews: Users can submit reviews for dishes and restaurants. For dishes, each user can review a dish once. For restaurants, users must provide proof of dining, such as a receipt or bank payment confirmation showing the restaurant's name and date of visit.

Verification: Our AI systems scan the submitted evidence to verify authenticity. Only reviews submitted within 15 days of the visit/payment are accepted. Verified reviews contribute to the aggregated score displayed on the restaurant or dish profile.

Review Fields: All reviews consist of four numeric fields (0-10):

• Restaurants: Ambience, Cleanliness, Food Quality, Service
• Dishes: Flavour, Portion Size, Presentation, Texture

To maintain simplicity and fairness, comments are not allowed. Only numeric scores are used, and individual reviews are not displayed—only the averaged ratings.
